Grand Hybrid pianos are covered by a five year, parts and labour on-site guarantee.

This means that any issue will be dealt with by a visit from a Casio-approved engineer. The cost of any replacement parts and labour charges are fully inclusive.

Celviano and Privia pianos have a three year, parts and labour on-site guarantee.

This means that any issue will be dealt with by a visit from a Casio-approved engineer. The cost of any replacement parts and labour charges are fully inclusive.

Portable Pianos and Keyboards
Portable Pianos and Keyboards

All keyboards and portable pianos (including the CDP range) are covered by a two year, parts and labour return to base guarantee.

Please note: A return to base warranty requires the customer to return the instrument to Casio for inspection. All shipping costs will be refunded if the instrument is found to require repair.

Yes. We don’t stop caring about our instruments once they’re yours. Activating your guarantee allows us to give you a tailored, complementary, direct service for your product. Even after your guarantee has ended, we’ll still be on hand to help.
